This expanding chilled food manufacturer are looking for a confident and creative Development individual to join an innovative NPD team. You will need to be a passionate food enthusiast ideally with protein or pastry experience. The role requires someone who can take responsibility and initiative so you will have proven skills in driving trials through the factory from concept to launch and building relationships with key individuals to make this happen. This is a real opportunity to join a growing business, working closely with a number of major retailers to drive new concepts and ideas into their product range. As well as the experience in this field you will have the presence and style to deal with the retailer directly becoming their contact for your products. AN6106
