Section Leaders £17k-£20k Based North Yorkshire This site is looking for a section leader to join their current production team in North Yorkshire. This site is an established Food Manufacturer supplying to a Major Retailer. This role is to manage, organise and control effectively the day to day running of a fast moving production area and to focus on all safety, hygiene, quality, manufacturing and personnel issues resulting in an efficiently run operation. To apply you should have previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with strong people skills and an inherent desire to achieve targets. You will have experience of delivering to hourly and daily targets in a demanding manufacturing environment. You will also have an understanding of in line maintenance regimes, best practice manufacturing tools and health & safety obligations. Ideally your manufacturing background will be food but we will also consider Automotive, Pharmaceutical sectors etc. Ref CN6080
