Interim Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

FMCL will be developing the interim offer to existing and new clients over the next twelve months.

We want to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant who will relish the autonomy to develop a commercial plan for the division and execute its delivery.

Supported by a dedicated Administrator you will canvas for new briefs from scratch, finding and building relationships with clients and candidates.

This is a senior position with FMCL and will demand considerable focus and commitment to deliver the strategic targets, and reporting into the Board will require a high level of commercial acumen.

Our selection criteria includes:
·the proven successful experience of interim or temporary recruitment
·the ability to manage the entire process yourself
·the ability to manage a team
·and although working in a "secure" category, the ability to work with peers and colleagues being seen as a strategic team player
·the ability to develop new business from scratch

This is a full time position only and is to be based in Bollington, Cheshire.
