Production Team Leader £22,000 - £26,000 Nottinghamshire Based in this fast paced leading food manufacturers you have responsibility for the production/packing team within a defined area as well as taking an active part in the overall team leadership to achieve, maintain and improve targets. On a day- to-day basis you will effectively manage a team of operatives, providing direction and support, identify training needs and ensure that skill levels are achieved. Product quality, Health and Safety and management of product and materials also come under this remit. The ideal candidate will have experience at Team Leader level within a food manufacturing environment but more importantly is their enthusiasm, ambition and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
