Night Shift Production Manager Up to £36,000 Nottinghamshire This leading food manufacturer of chilled meat products is expanding rapidly and they seek an ambitious manager to head up the night shift production operation. Managing a large team, the successful candidate will oversee all operational manufacturing processes, plus will assist in the commissioning and set up of new structures to cope with the planned growth. To be considered you will have experienced and implemented true cultural change, understand the key elements that ensure the change is driven to the core, thus ensuring sustainability of change. Equally important is an excellent understanding of latest manufacturing approaches and delivery of success through people. The ideally candidate must be able to drive an effective and balanced business agenda of Profit, Risk, Quality, Supply and Team. Good working knowledge of best practice manufacturing principles.
