These senior manufacturing management roles require individuals who can bring a broad cross-section of industry and processing experience to our major food client. It is looking candidates who may have operated in a variety of differing sectors, food or fmcg preferably, and are capable of adding value to their overall manufacturing expertise. The remit could cover a number of factories initially or may be a project based role to begin with. Either way, you would have a highly influential role in the development and delivery of the manufacturing strategy for a large portion of this client's production portfolio. As a senior member of the team, you would also be involved in the strategic decision making process for overall business development and bottom line profit achievement. In addition, you must be able to manage significant manufacturing budgets, lead and develop large cross-functional teams, and drive process innovation across the business. This Group has business units across the UK, Western Europe and in South Africa, and there are potential opportunities in all these locations.
