Senior NPD Manager Based London Salary up to £60,000 plus benefits To be accountable for all NPD activity across leading retail and foodservice accounts at two fast paced chilled food manufacturing sites. Responsible for leading a team who are accountable for developing and introducing new product ideas and initiatives, driving these through process development management and successful launch. Successful candidates must have experience in managing and developing a team, major retailer exposure, and previous added value chilled product and innovation knowledge. This is a complex business environment with multi-customer accounts across two sites, so strong project management and delivery ability is a pre-requisite. Ref MGS5851
