Production Manager £40-£45,000 plus bonus and benefits Based Wilts This is a senior manufacturing management role in a highly progressive bakery business supplying the leading High Street retailers. The role will focus on the overall achievement of the manufacturing plan, its GMP productivity targets, people development objectives, and customer service levels. The business has major potential growth over the next two years, so career development opportunities are excellent. To be considered, you must be a highly experienced food manufacturing professional who has helped develop Continuous Improvement across a production remit. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate outstanding achievement in developing your teams and their skills base. This is a very fast paced operation with a rapidly changing daily agenda, so flexibility of approach is critical. You must be happy to lead from the front, focusing on real operational efficiency issues and opportunities by getting stuck in yourself and developing skills in your team through your own example and input. In time the role could develop into a broader Operations Management position. MGS5914
