Job Description

This progressive food manufacturing business has a senior engineering post with a wide-ranging remit. The client is currently looking for an Engineering Manager who has a breadth of experience including planned preventative maintenance, Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement management. Strong team leadership skills are a prerequisite. Experience of managing Capex projects, new systems development, and the initiation of Engineering Best Practice initiatives are required. You would be an active member of the site management team. You will need: Experience of a Food manufacturing environment where efficiency, reliability etc are important. Professional Engineer (Degree, HND, or recognised apprenticeship) Good aptitude for engineering. Ideally with both mechanical and electrical skills Previous Management experience of tradesmen or operators. Experience of managing engineering budgets Experience of managing projects. MW5457
