Part time HR Manager (3 days a week) Competitive salary package Based South East There is a need to find an part time HR Manager who can help the MD drive the culture, allowing the business to prepare for it's future success by being more customer aligned and embedding the company's values into the business. This will involve all aspects of generalist HR and will require extensive cross-functional accountability throughout the business. As well as the usual but critical aspects of site HR management, you will need to be a strong Change Agent - the catalyst for new ways of working as the business continues to develop at the declared fast pace. This is a successful and expanding food manufacturing business, with a wide portfolio of added value chilled food products for the major UK retailers. Because of the challenge this role presents, a minimum of three years' site manufacturing HR management experience is required. MW5926
