Quality Assurance Manager Based Hampshire Salary: circa £35,000 plus benefits Reporting to the site manager you will, through the laboratory manager and support team of technicians, be responsible for managing all quality assurance aspects of a busy processing plant operated by one of the UK's leading Co-operative's. Laboratory team management, quality data analysis, quality trend analysis and trouble shooting, systems compliance, auditing and reporting are just a few key responsibilities within this challenging but rewarding role. The successful candidate will have experience of and a proven record in quality assurance management/senior supervision within the chilled food sector. Educated to HND or higher in Food Science you must be capable of working on your own initiative, communicating effectively, be computer literate and be structured and organised in your approach to achieving quality improvements at site level. Exposure to BRC/ISO systems, Major Multiples and Enforcement Authorities is desirable. Ref MW6183
