Scheme Outline

Criteria:

You will be expecting, or will have attained a manufacturing, engineering or business studies degree, or have some manufacturing experience.



Duration:2 years


Training:

On the job work placements into specific jobs, personally assigned mentors, Manufacturing Excellence Training.


Content:

2 work placements, different roles, within different businesses, with a varied product portfolio and different customers. After the two years you will move into a more senior role as part of your career development plan.


Location:Placements could be at anyone of their sites in the UK


Salary: £20,500


Start Date:September 2008
