For some company information please visit their website at www.bakkavor.com Scheme Outline Criteria: You will be expecting, or will have attained an agricultural, horticultural, food crop or science based degree. Duration:2 years Training: On the job work placements into specific jobs, personally assigned mentors. Content: 3 or 4 work placements, including some of the following functions: - Technical/Quality Control - Commercial/Marketing/NPD - Manufacturing/Growing- Buying/Procurement Placements will either be in a job role e.g. Team Leader in Production, Or project based. Location:Placements will be in the UK and Spain depending on language skills. Salary: £21,000 Start Date:January & September intakes 2008 Why choose this scheme?
