Job Description

We have day shift and back shift roles available at this chilled food manufacturing business. Whilst it isn't essential to have worked in the food sector, it is essential to have experience of managing a team of people with a motivational and coaching style. You will also need to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing process, in particular examples of how you driven performance improvement plans to effect efficiency and quality. Also, for the Shift Manager, Prep role, an understanding of equipment/machinery would be an asset.
