Warehouse Team Leaders up to £30k Based West Midlands This role gives you responsibility for managing and developing your team in the delivery of an operationally excellent warehouse facility for a major branded business. You will lead a team of shift-based warehouse employees, ensuring accurate performance reporting for all site, KPI and team performance measures. Consequently, you will need to have a track record of leadership and people management skills, ideally, in a trade union environment, plus strong supply chain experience. IT literacy coupled with a minimum of IOSH certification is also required. Ref SG6145
