Site Finance Director Based Leicester £50,000 A Finance Director is required at site level for this chilled food manufacturer. You will have a high degree of commercial understanding and an appreciation of the main drivers of business performance. You will be an expert in identifying and delivering the relevant data to interpret and influence that performance. Your previous manufacturing background will enable your ability to identify and imrpove costs across core business areas. You will develop high quality management information to fit business needs alongside maintaining accurate businesss budgets and forecasts. Previous management exerience will enable your coaching and development of your finance team. We are looking for a fully qualified Accountant, ACMA, ACCA, ACA with significant experience in manufacturing within a medium to large sized manufacturing organisation. Someone who can demonstrate having implemented and maintained tight financial controls with strong forecasting and budgeting skills. Experience within the food industry would be a distinct advantage but this is not essential. This is a significant career opportunity to work within a leading food manufacturing organisation with an attractive salary and package that will include a basic salary of £50,000 plus package.
