HR Officer c £25k plus benefits Based West Yorkshire Our client is a food ingredients manufacturer with an ambitious yet achievable strategy for growth. Developing their people is key in this and right now they are seeking an Human Resources Officer to work with the Group HR Manager to develop a HR culture at the site. This is a busy generalist role where the main focuses are on advising managers in all areas of employee relations and ensuring that the right calibre of staff are recruited, trained and retained. You will be part/fully CIPD qualified, with a least 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment. You will have drive, energy and enthusiasm with excellent interpersonal skills. Ref SRJ5765
