This is a fantastic opportunity to take real ownership of an entrepreneurial business, operating in a challenging but profitable business category. Working with a cross section of retailers, and food service customers the business is well placed to grow market share over the coming years and we are looking for a P&L accountable and business savvy MD, who can orchestrate the day to day whilst leading and delivering the broader commercial business opportunity. Reporting to the Chairman, you will be given a huge amount of autonomy to deliver your vision. This is a good business, with a hard working and loyal workforce which has the potential to make a quantum move forward if we are able to secure the services of the correct MD. We are looking for entrepreneurial flair, strong commercial appreciation of the retailers and preferably food service customers and a knowledge of chilled or frozen food manufacturing. SRJ5890
