This highly progressive group with an international perspective, strong brands and a huge focus on innovation is looking to recruit a Head of New Products Development who can lead and drive the NPD agenda. Liasing with a number of differnet busiuness categories, you will manage and encourage innovation that is alligned with market insights that optimes the market size and profit. There is a strong food values focus to this role and you will liaise with the development chefs, engaging and encouraging them to invent and improve the product offer. You will be the leader of supplier innovation and be constantly looking for the next new thing. We are looking for a senior NPD specialist with strong management and motivational skills who can play an intrinsically important central role in the groups growth. You will have experience in a concept and product development role, operational and ideally chef background with a real passion for food. You will have a successful track record and be a highly creative and commercial individual, articulate, able to influence, inspire and lead others. We are looking for a high level of personal presence and the ability to present ideas to a wide range of stakeholders with the skill to create, implement and lead effective New Product Development processes that is at the vanguard in terms of innovation and delivery.
