Product Development Manager 35k - £38k plus benefits Based London Based in London, the successful candidate will be a Product Development Manager and will be responsible for leading a team to deliver the Product Development strategy for this leading chilled food manufacturing company. The successful candidate will have strong influencing skills and a broad knowledge from within food manufacturing. This is a broad role with a variety of responsibilities including maintaining quality standards, benchmarking and working on specific focussed product development projects. Must be currently fulfilling this function in a food-manufacturing environment and ideally be graduate qualified. Strategic as well as hands-on in approach. Energetic and highly innovative and passionate about food. People management and leading teams comes naturally along with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business. Ref JM6167
