This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that have a need for a number of new management positions across their Product Development teams. The role involves heading and up leading a team of ingredient technologists, taking responsibility for its improving performance and development. You will be driving innovation and excellence in the area of ingredients development, engaging the whole development team. The ideal candidate needs to a strong manager in both skills and experience who can demonstrate technical competencies in the area of food or drink development with a full understanding in manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills are a must with a proven track record in working with a multinational supply base, building relationships but also challenging technical data presented.
