Job Description

Reporting to the UK & Ireland Market Development Director, this role will be accountable for formulating and implementing direction on long-term brand strategy but will also develop tactical responses to meet immediate market needs. This role will be responsible for translating brand positioning and market intelligence into effective activity plans to deliver established brand business targets as well as to take workplace insights, relevant legislation & policy + findings from market to strengthen brand identity. A genuine passion for people management and development is required as you could also be managing a small team of marketing associates who will benefit from your functional expertise and your engaging leadership style. The ideal candidate will have a marketing degree or equivalent, with a strong understanding of market research techniques and experience of working with outside agencies. Need to be team player that is both creative & pragmatic. A background in a food or drink branded organisation would be preferred. This role will include UK and Global travel. LK6120
