Coffee Expert

Job Description

This is a highly visible role within the industry. This dynamic organisation are looking for a coffee expert to be the owner of the coffee knowledge management process with a view to continuously improve the internal coffee expertise and embed the knowledge within the organisation working closely with the Ingredients Manager. The ideal candidate needs to be a recognised expert within the coffee industry with strong experience in growing, sourcing, blending, roasting, brewing and sensory assessment of coffee. Strong communication skills and proven track record of training others working within global teams and with a multinational supply base. This role will include travel in the UK and globally. LK6134
