These appointments focus on the innovation process and will play a key role in the achievement of the overall strategy for each product category. Working with Technical and Buying colleagues, you will manage NPD projects from concept through to launch, working in partnership with a diverse supply base. The approach is simple - innovative new products, of the highest quality and at a competitive price, that truly challenge the market and excite customers.

Your experience needs to include a background in NPD, gained from the Retail, Manufacturing or Foodservice sectors. You need to be both strongly creative and commercial in approach, and must be a well-organised project manager who can ensure challenging product ideas become reality. Experience from chilled foods would be ideal, but most product categories will be considered.

Initial interviews will take place in London prior to further assessment in South Africa.
