Job Description

A fast paced chilled food manufacturer requires a Creative Development Manager with a relevant food related degree, good organisational and interpersonal skills. You will expected to keep ahead of competitors' product ranges and must be able to deliver new ideas with a point of difference and be able to revitalise existing lines working always within commercial constraints and be able to deliver engaging presentations internally and for clients. Must have previous first hand experience and a good track record with a major retailer. A working knowledge of HACCP & EFSIS. Reporting to the NPD Controller and working closely with the Technical team ensuring critical time scales are met. MW6139
