Development Manager Major Retailer

Job Description

A fast paced chilled food manufacturer requires a Development Manager to develop strong, lasting relationships with prime customer (Major Retailer) based on inspiration, trust and expertise. You will have successfully worked in a customer facing capacity with previous experience of new product development and multiple product launches. You will be required to manage the development of progression of the development team. You will encourage and facilitate closer NPD alignment with Commercial and Technical teams and be accountable for site customer visits. Must have previous first hand experience and a good track record with a major retailer. A working knowledge of HACCP & EFSIS. Reporting to the NPD Controller and working closely with the Technical team ensuring critical time scales are met. MW6140
