Process Development Manager

Job Description

A fast paced chilled food manufacturer requires a Process Development Manager to support NPD Managers and take ownership of all development process activity through to the critical path stage. You will have ownership of the pilot plant for process development activities and work closely with Production and Technical Teams. You be required to have an understanding of functional ingredients with ability to trial and test changes for large scale production. Must have previous first hand experience and a good track record with a major retailer with working knowledge of HACCP & EFSIS. MW6141
