Process Development Technologist

Job Description

A fast paced chilled food manufacturer requires a Process Development Technologist to support the Process Development Manager in development process activity through to the critical path stage. You will work closely with production teams to plan and carry out product trials or launches and undertake necessary activities in the pilot plant for process and product evaluations. You be required to have an understanding of functional ingredients with ability to trial and test changes for large scale production. Must have previous first hand experience and a good track record with a major retailer with working knowledge of HACCP & EFSIS. MW6143
