This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to join a growing company at a time of change. Our client operates in the bakery sector, supplying short shelf life products into the major UK retailers. They are looking for an experienced and pragmatic Technical Manager to lead the technical, compliance and hygiene teams. The candidate needs experience of the major retailers and ensuring the site is constantly ready for audits. You will have proven strong managerial skills and will be confident in demonstrating how you have driven change through your team whilst maintaining the highest of quality standards. You will also have budgetary plus internal and external auditing experience.
