Job Description

This client is a leading, internationally branded company and they have a fantastic opportunity for Team Leaders to join their management team. Having the ability to encourage and develop people is vital. Your first challenge will be to lead and motivate operator teams to achieve demanding production and performance targets. Experience of Continuous Experience is advantageous ideally food manufacturing but other FMCG backgrounds will be considered. It is also desirable to have experience of unions, food safety and SAP knowledge. The position demands enthusiasm, passion and determination along with first line management experience. This first class opportunity is based in the West Midlands within a manufacturing organisation working a 4 on 4 off and 3 on 4 off shift pattern. You'll be passionate about people management while having the ability to handle the practicalities of monitoring and controlling processes.
