HR Co-ordinator

Job Description

Working for a leading food manufacturing organisation supporting the HR Officer, this is a great opportunity for someone to develop their HR skills. You will provide full HR admin support and advice to line managers on all HR matters, carry out weekly paid recruitment, co-ordinate the weekly absence management process and write reports and provide statistical information as required by the business. Strong PC and database management skills are sought as are excellent interpersonal skills. The working hours are predominantly 8.30am to 5pm however flexibility is needed for business demands. The ideal HR Co-ordinator would be of graduate calibre with some practical experience of a HR Function. Enthusiasm, drive and energy are a must.
