Job Description

This major value added chilled foods business is in the market for a Manufacturing Manager to manage the operational portfolio. This would include all manufacturing issues, so the right candidate needs to have a strong skills set covering Production, Planning and Process Improvement. You will need to be a strong influencer and be able to interact well with all other senior team members. This role is extremely involved in manufacturing and requires a senior manager who can be hands on. Previous experience in a fast paced food manufacturing sector is definitely required and exposure to major retailers would be advantageous. You need to be passionate about manufacturing with a real can do attitude and the ability to lead and influence an experienced operational. This is a role for an experienced Manufacturing professional who is looking for breadth of accountability across a large and demanding site.
