Food Technologist

Job Description

This is an exciting role working for a fantastic, loyal company with even better products! We are looking for a food technologist who ideally has experience in quality and product safety and knowledge of HACCP. This is an ideal position for a new qualified graduate who has had some experience within the food industry and is looking to take the next step. We are looking for someone to:

· Be able to monitor quality around the departments of the Craft Bakery
· Undertake quality checks on products
· Have knowledge of HACCP and ability to train other on the basic HACCP principles
· Understand current food safety legislation
· Be responsible for Food Safety Quality Systems in the Bakery
· Audit a range of external supplier and be able to feedback corrective actions
