Process Development Technologist

Job Description

A Process Development Technologist is required for this busy supplier of frozen ready meals to a number of major retail clients. You will be accountable for liaising across two sites on pre-production runs and trials with regular attendance at both. You will be responsible for effective communication across functions ensuring that launches are delivered to the agreed critical path. The role has specific accountability for providing factory recipe information for the Specification team, for liaising with suppliers and for organising new raw material specifications as well as product costings. You will organise regular benchmarking sessions, documenting and recording your findings. You will need an eye for detail and be able to organise and prioritise your workload maintaining pace and regular dialogue across departments. Organisation and detail are key for this role.
