Product Development Chef

Job Description

Are you a New Product Development (NPD) Chef looking to take more accountability, working with suppliers challenging them to deliver products to your specification? This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef, who has at minimum 12 months food manufacturing or experience working within the food service sector on menu and product development. You will be accountable for continuing to drive standards and introduce exciting flavour and ingredient combinations that will deliver fresh nationally balanced compete meals. Key for this role will be your organisational and communication skills as you will interface with a number of suppliers daily, present internally and liaise with production. A real mix of NPD and Account Management working across two sites (Merseyside & Hertfordshire) therefore the flexibility to travel.
