Production Shift Manager - FMCG/Packaging/Food Manufacturing

Job Description

Our client has a blue chip reputation with multiple sites, within a fast paced food manufacturing environment. They are actively seeking a Production Shift Manager/Manufacturing Line Leader/Front Line Supervisor/First Line Manager who has worked within a FMCG environment, such as food manufacturing or packaging. As Production Shift Manager you will manage a small team of process operators within a highly automated manufacturing environment. Ideally you will come with lean manufacturing fundamentals/techniques such as Kaizen, SMED, 5's with excellent analytical and man-management skills. Ideally you will be a manufacturing or engineering Graduate (or equivalent) who has completed your first role within an FMCG environment. Our client has a management development programme and there is excellent career progression with the organisation for talented individuals.
