Our sustained growth means that we now require a Service Delivery Manager. You will lead a team of twenty scientists, technicians and administrators via six direct reports. You will maximise productivity through effective team leadership, managing resources to deliver maximum value. The ability to influence customers and build effective commercial relationships is crucial. You'll be adept at managing financial and service metrics, constantly delivering quality and cost objectives.

You'll be an effective leader of large laboratory based teams, but you need not be a scientist. You'll have the ability to develop an understanding of forensics, and support team members' development through business coaching and personal feedback. You'll have a mastery of continuous improvement approaches. You'll be flexible, and hands on with clear business acumen and demonstrated strategic thinking.
