Job Description

This senior level manufacturing management position is within the division of a very large branded and private label food group. The position reports directly into the business leading role and is accountable for the establishment and delivery of the overall operational strategy, and how it fits into the business plan. The client is looking for an exceptionally high calibre individual who has good breadth of food manufacturing experience and can contribute at senior Exec Team level. This is a very fast paced environment where a significant new product development programme and customer issues play a massive role in the operational effectiveness of the business. You must therefore be accustomed to leading a team that is flexible in its approach to customer needs and has a CI focus to always challenge and push for performance improvement.
