Pastry Technologist

Job Description

This Pastry technical role requires a real product and process expert who can bring extensive experience in pastry product development and production. You will work closely with NPD and Production colleagues on improving product and process across a wide range of pastry and bakery products for major High Street retailers. You need to be able to work closely with factory colleagues on new process innovation and cooking techniques, to review and upgrade a wide product portfolio. Some direct customer contact will also be part of this role. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic candidate who is keen to bring their pastry experience into a new challenging environment where product quality and innovation are key business drivers.
