Quality Systems & Regulatory Assistant

Job Description

Our client based in the London area supply a range of high profile FMCG food brands into the retail sector and are currently looking for a quality systems and regulatory assistant to support their quality and regulatory manager.

Having experience in a quality role you will be part of the team tasked with protecting the brands and managing product quality by measuring quality performance and enabling the business to consistently deliver the quality their demanding customers seek.

On a daily basis you will liaise with manufacturing and supply chain, investigate customer complaints, development the quality systems, prepare information and reports, support commercial initiatives including sensory tests, consumer sampling campaigns and new product introductions. Experience of approving packaging and labels would also prove beneficial although not essential. The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level or equivalent preferably with a Food Technology / Science Degree or related discipline.
