Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join this leading food manufacturer as Quality Assurance (QA) Manager. You'll be passionate about food and ensuring it is produced in a safe, hygienic and quality focussed environment. Key tasks will be to maintain and develop quality systems, perform audits covering raw materials through to finish product and apply corrective action to any non- compliance. You will manage the QA team and work in conjunction with other members of the management team to consistently monitor and review general standards on the factory floor. Ideally from a chilled food background you will have experience of factory auditing, supplier auditing, undertaking risk assessments and investigating customer complaints. Above all you will be a highly motivated individual with an eye for detail and a desire to join a progressive business. Anyone in the Merseyside, North West, Cheshire, and Greater Manchester area will be suitably located for this exciting opportunity.
