Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Our client is a well-respected supplier of niche own label products to the UK's major retailer. Due to ambitious growth plans, they now wish to recruit a high calibre warehouse manager to develop their warehousing operation.

A labour-intensive pick, pack and dispatch centre, they produce over 12000 different products from their Cardiff manufacturing site. You will be responsible for a team of 15-20 people ensuring internal and customer dispatch targets are met on a daily basis. You will also work closely with the senior management team to ensure forecasting is up to date and there is continuous improvements within the warehouse function.

To be successful you will have to be able to demonstrate excellent man management skills supported by experience of managing labour intensive warehouse operations. Anyone with a good understanding or proven experience of implementing new warehouse management systems will definitely be of interest.
