Commercial Director - Major UK Food Manufacturer

Job Description

My client is part of a major UK Food group that provide fresh produce to the UK retail and foodservice sector. They currently have a requirement within the business to appoint a sales and marketing focussed business leader to add to a heavy weight commercial team.

Managing a team and having responsibility for three major accounts, you will have exceptional commercial leadership skills and have proven experience of driving and developing a commercial team within the UK retail sector. As well as strong leadership skills, you will be still very hands on and get excited by driving strategy and optimising business opportunities. You will need to demonstrate a track record in spearheading innovative NPD campaigns, ideally within the major multiples and show a breadth of understanding across all functions.
