Senior Production Manager

Job Description

As Senior Production Manager, you will lead and manage a chilled food manufacturing unit of up to 200 people and will need to be able to demonstrate experience of managing day-to-day operations from goods-in through manufacturing to dispatch. This is a business with very high standards and a belief in best practice so some previous insight into lean principles would be a distinct advantage. We are looking for a leader for now and a leader of the future so career progression opportunities are excellent for the right candidate. You must show that you have the ability to get buy in from the team, encourage idea generation and most importantly - deliver results. An experienced and successful food production professional, you must have the drive, determination, resilience and intellectual ability to make a real difference.
