Night Shift Manager

Job Description

Following career progression for the previous job holder, this food manufacturing business is looking to appoint a further Shift Manager to help run its nightime production. You will need to be experienced in managing significant sized teams through a busy production process, achieving KPIs particularly ensuring quality and output targets are met and customer delivery targets are met. A high degree of autonomy is afforded in this role.
