Job Description

This Buyer role requires someone either with a good understanding of stock control procedures and whose fmcg purchasing experience has been gained ideally in a food manufacturing environment; or, if you have recently graduated, then you will need to have a year's purchasing placement experience as part of your recent academic studies. You will be required to deliver the daily administrative support required to ensure the purchasing and supplier strategy is delivered for the business whilst supporting the Purchasing Manager on cost initiatives and the Stock Team on securing replenishment targets. You will need to demonstrate a commercial appreciation of the food sector.
