Job Description

This role is based near the beautiful city of Canterbury in Kent and entails managing the day shift of a busy food manufacturer. It's a great opportunity to move into a mainstream production supervisory role provided you have a solid grounding in either a technical, engineering, or process development role IN FOOD MANUFACTURING followed by significant exposure as a Team Leader.

Ideally, they would like you to have had experience of the food manufacturing sector but for outstanding people managers, they will make an exception provided you have a track record in FMCG production where you have continually improved performance, through your teams, of both efficiencies and quality.
