Bakery Product Technologist

Job Description

This technical management role focuses on ensuring that all technical aspects of product development are met for the launch of new products; and that due diligence is maintained for all existing products. You do not need to have experience of the cake/bakery sector, but you will need to be an expert in the management of the technical critical path as well as supplier management including auditing. You will work very closely with suppliers based in both the UK and Europe so you will also need to be flexible with regards to travel and availability. People management experience falls within the remit.
