We need an exceptional candidate with a strong background in production. It is vital that you are an influential leader driving the team to the ultimate goal of manufacturing excellence. We need an interim manager with energy and drive and the ability to engage with a team. You will be expected to set standards by organising and managing a production shift to meet and exceed targets. With your help our team will work differently and hit the relevant targets to ensure this operation make a stepped change.
