Interim First Line Manager

Job Description

Our client has an urgent need for two first line managers with good all round operational knowledge who will make a contribution from day one. You will have managed large teams and have had some exposure to CI or lean manufacturing. Any exposure and experience of SIC Counting of NME would be a significant advantage. There are opportunities to make your mark in these roles and be a key part in the journey this business are taking to implement continuous improvement on the site. There is the potential for these roles to become permanent towards the end of the initial contract period.
